Albion House, Valley Centre

Danks Badnell have been involved in the extensive Valley Centre Commercial Park since original redevelopment and construction by Tilbury Douglas in 1995. Involvement over the years has included refitting most of the 14 Units to achieve high standard commercial space to suit changing market demand.

The refurbishment of Albion House, one of the original buildings, has included the new entrance podium and disabled access, thermal upgrade to walls and roof, and internal finishing to a high standard of design and finish.

The building was awarded the LABC Best Large Commercial Building Award 2014.
